| Course Objectives | At the end of this course students are expected to explain occupational health concepts and principles, causes of occupational health problems and ways to prevent them, the occupational health services provided in Türkiye, the health consequences of environmental changes and protective measures to be taken at the individual, community and policy levels, and control programs and screening for noncommunicable diseases. |

| Course Description | This course covers occupational health, preventive measures for environmental health problems and population based control programs for noncommunicable diseases, and screening. Additionally, a research project on a public health issue will be created in this course. |
