| Course Objectives | It is aimed to gain the skills of taking comprehensive history and performing systematic physical examination related to female, male and child genitourinary, female and male reproductive systems, pregnancy and birth, planning rational diagnostic examinations appropriate for preliminary diagnosis/diagnoses, taking samples for selected diagnostic procedures, creating a holistic treatment plan, planning and implementing patient-centered treatment principles for cases that can be managed in primary care, defining preventive medicine principles with a holistic approach. It is expected to approach the patient with biopsychosocial integrity, make decisions in accordance with the principles of critical thinking and clinical reasoning while applying clinical decision-making processes, and be aware of ethical and legal responsibilities. |
